I, Sarnath Kumar, son of Shri Ramesh Kumar, residing at 14, Civil Lines, Varanasi – 221001, am the sole proprietor and authorised dealer of Sarnath Fuel Station, an Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) retail outlet operating at NH-7, Varanasi–Allahabad Highway, Varanasi – 221002. The dealership is held under Dealer Code No. IOCL/UP/VNS/2024/0841.
By virtue of this letter, I hereby authorise Shri Rakesh Verma (Relationship Manager), bearing Aadhaar Card No. XXXX XXXX 8421 and PAN No. ABCPV1234D, to operate the above-mentioned current account on behalf of the fuel station for day-to-day banking transactions including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, and cheque operations, subject to the authorised limit of ₹2,00,000 (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) per transaction.
This authorisation does not extend to term deposit creation, locker access, loan applications, or any borrowing facility in the name of the firm. This letter shall remain valid until further written notice and shall be deemed revoked upon issuance of a subsequent authority letter superseding this one.
