General Refund Policy
Petrol Pump Guru provides digital services, downloadable resources, compliance assistance, consultations, subscriptions, tools, and informational products related to petrol pump dealership, operations, and compliance management.
Due to the digital and knowledge-based nature of the services offered, all purchases are generally considered final unless specifically stated otherwise.

Non-Refundable Services

Subscription Cancellation

Fees paid for consultation, business advisory, compliance assistance, land evaluation, dealership guidance, documentation review, or expert support are non-refundable once the consultation process has started, the appointment has been scheduled, or advisory work has commenced.
Marketplace & Third-Party Services
Petrol Pump Guru may provide access to third-party vendors, consultants, listings, or marketplace opportunities. Any payments made directly to third-party providers shall be governed by their individual policies and terms.
Petrol Pump Guru shall not be responsible for third-party disputes, delays, quality issues, cancellations, or refund obligations unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund request is approved, the refund will generally be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
